Structural design

PaperWorks Packaging Group’s four CAD design centers feature the Cimex Corporation’s most recent edition of CIMPACK Packaging Design Software, and Mimaki and Data Technology plotters for sample cutting. Lithography

We employ the most experienced offset lithographers and craftsmen in North America, backed by the exceptional quality of Komori sheet-fed technology.

Primography

In January 2005, PaperWorks Packaging Group added cutting-edge high-definition primography to our lineup of printing and converting technologies. The primographic system is a roll-fed hybrid of flexo and letterpress printing, capable of UV and aqueous printing up to 200 line screen. The system uses 10 print stations and a modular in-line cutting, creasing, and embossing system to successfully manage the entire converting process.

Web Flexo

PaperWorks Packaging Group searched the globe for the best available flexo printing and converting technology, and chose the Swiss-made Bobst Lemanic 650 UV flexo printing press with in-line Bobst die cutting. We can offer the highest definition flexo print quality available in the world, with all the advantages of web flexo converting.
